Factory Officer

Reports To: Operations Manager

Job Summary
- The Factory Officer will coordinate daily production activities, ensuring efficient operations, quality output, and compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily factory and production operations.
- Monitor production schedules and equipment utilization.
- Ensure compliance with operational and safety procedures.
- Coordinate production staff to achieve daily targets.
- Monitor machine performance and report maintenance needs.
- Prepare production and operational reports.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the factory.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Agriculture, Production Management, or related discipline.
- 3–5 years' experience in manufacturing, food processing, grain processing, FMCG production, agro-processing, or factory operations.
- Strong leadership and production planning skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
