• Deliver quality written CVs that create a lasting impression and with the appropriate
• expressions for candidates
• Relating to and learning about candidates’ experience and skills. Creating a CV that is a great fit for each candidate.
• Leading research on CV and cover letter writing to improve the quality of work
• Proofreading CVs for grammatical or punctuation errors and inconsistencies
• Identifying target market needs and recommending new content to attract more requests
• from our target market
• Keep track of the job industry and requirements attached to each role.
• Perform other duties as may be required by management
• Participate in training, meetings with other members of the team as required
