ROLE PURPOSE

Support experienced installers with regards to meter installation and maintenance tasks.

ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Ably assists the installer during meter rollout.
• Acts as custodian of line tools and materials at the site and ensuring clean and safekeeping after the day’s work.
• Ensuring cleanliness of site after job completion.
• Ensures the stability of ladders for installer while climbing to prevent any accident.
• Supports installer in performing meter installation.
• Support the Installer in relocating and installing meters, where necessary.
• Support the Installer during the replacement and repair of the meter, as directed.  
• Carries out all work by the company’s standards, policies and procedures
• Maintain awareness of HSEQ policy and issued safety instructions
• Carry out any other duties as requested by the installer/ commissioner.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS​

• BEng or HND Electrical/Electronics Engineering ​
• Completion of NYSC​
• 1-3 years of working experience​
• Verbal and written communication skills​
• Knowledge of the Nigerian Electricity Supply Industry​
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel​

Role Purpose

Execute strategic energy monitoring activities for the business.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide commercial loss reports of the BU to management.
• Enforce sanctions on consumers resorting to theft or illegal use of electricity.
• Coordinate’s investigation of complaints assigned and providing technical comments on various investigations.
• Spot/periodic customer meter recertification and validation for energy accuracy
• Periodic surveillance checks for both customer and field commercial staff to ensure compliance with company policies
• Periodic Energy and commercial loss audit
• Assist in carrying out any other duties as requested by the BU Management.
