Content & Media Officer at Aero Recon Productions

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Content & Media Officer to capture, produce, and manage high-quality media content that reflects our operations and drives business visibility.

Role Overview

This is a part-time, execution-focused role responsible for:

• Capturing real-world operational content (drone footage, site activities)
• Editing and producing high-quality media
• Creating promotional content and basic ad creatives
• This is not a basic “social media posting” role. We are looking for someone who can translate technical operations into compelling visual content.

Key Responsibilities

Content Capture

• Visit project sites (when required) to capture photos and videos
• Document drone operations, behind-the-scenes activities, and equipment
• Identify and capture content with marketing value

Content Production

• Edit short-form videos (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
• Produce clean, professional photo edits
• Design simple promotional graphics and ad creatives
• Organize and maintain a structured media library

Content Execution

• Prepare content for social media and website use
• Collaborate on content ideas aligned with company services
• Support basic campaign execution (ads and promotions)

Requirements

Must Have

• Proven experience in video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve)
• Strong ability to create clean, engaging short-form videos
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar)
• Ability to shoot quality content using a smartphone or camera
• Portfolio of past work (MANDATORY)

Nice to Have

• Experience with drone footage or technical environments
• Basic understanding of social media marketing or ads
• Photography and videography skills

Work Structure

• Part-time role (flexible schedule, based on deliverables)
• Occasional on-site presence required for content capture
• Majority of editing work can be done remotely

Compensation

• ₦150,000 – ₦250,000/month (based on experience and output quality)
• Performance-based incentives may be added based on results
