Executive Assistant to the MD at iRecruiters Africa Limited

• This role requires a professional with deep knowledge of the construction industry, strong project management expertise, and the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, global business environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide executive-level support to the Managing Director, ensuring smooth coordination of daily operations.
• Oversee and manage high-level projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
• Act as a key liaison between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders.
• Prepare and review reports, presentations, and business documents for executive decision-making
• Coordinate local and international travel arrangements, schedules, and logistics.
• Represent the Managing Director in meetings, when required, with professionalism and discretion.
• Anticipate the needs of the Managing Director and proactively resolve issues to ensure optimal efficiency.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• 5+ years’ experience in executive support roles, preferably within the construction industry.
• Strong project management skills with proven ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Demonstrated international exposure and cultural adaptability.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• High degree of discretion, professionalism, and organizational ability.
