This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ecommerce Manager based in Lagos.
The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Auldon’s ecommerce platform, including managing online sales, developing and executing marketing strategies, and analyzing sales data.
The role involves collaborating with other teams to optimize the online shopping experience, monitor market trends, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Additional responsibilities include maintaining website functionality, improving user experience, and managing online inventory.
Qualifications
Strong E-Commerce expertise and familiarity with online sales platforms
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales trends and market data
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and customer engagement
Marketing experience, including strategy development and campaign execution
Sales proficiency, with a focus on driving revenue and achieving targets
Proficiency with relevant analytics tools and digital platforms
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Experience in retail or ecommerce industries is a plus
