Marketing Representative at Dozzy Group

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Executive with good and versatile field experience for our South East and South South Markets. The Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth, market expansion, and customer relationship management for our Company’s domestic and industrial plastic products. The role involves identifying new markets, developing customer accounts, ensuring consistent product visibility, and meeting sales targets in line with the company’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly revenue and volume targets for domestic and industrial plastic products. 
• Identify, prospect, and secure new retail, wholesale, and industrial clients to expand the company’s customer base. 
• Grow distribution channels and increase product penetration across assigned territories. 
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction, repeat business, and retention. 
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules with clients while maintaining profitability and company pricing policies. 
• Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities, monitor competitor activities, and track industry trends. 
• Promote products through client visits, demonstrations, trade fairs, and marketing campaigns while professionally representing the company. 
• Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses while collaborating with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications & Requirements: 

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or other relevant disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing and Sales.
• Strong knowledge of the plastic market within South East and South South regions of Nigeria. 
• Excellent analytical, communication, project management and Marketing report writing skills.
