This 6-month internship is ideal for fresh graduates or those who have recently completed the NYSC programme and are looking to gain hands-on experience in customer support, product knowledge, and relationship management within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Job Details
Assist in responding to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone call
Learn and apply product knowledge to support customer needs effectively
Escalate complex issues appropriately and follow up to ensure resolution
Document customer feedback, issues, and suggestions accurately
Support customer onboarding and education initiatives
Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction and retention
Maintain a professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented tone with customers
Requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good interpersonal and listening skills
Adequate computer literacy and ability to learn new tools quickly
A positive, growth-oriented mindset
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Previous customer success experience is a plus but not mandatory
