Job Summary

Female Accountant to work closely with the Corporate Controller and take responsibility for performing the day-to-day tasks associated with recording and analyzing various entries related to the financial statements for the Organization.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate financial statements and reports regularly.
• Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Monitor costs and expenses, ensuring adherence to budgets and identifying opportunities for savings.
• Manage invoices, payments, and collections efficiently.
• Oversee payroll processing to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with local and national tax regulations.
• Conduct a thorough analysis of financial data to support decision-making and strategic planning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Proven work experience as a restaurant accountant or in a similar role.
• Advanced knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Must provide 2 guarantors and 2 referees with valid IDs.
