Sales Operations Intern

- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 0 - 1 years
- Location Lagos
- City Ikeja

Salary: 150k Gross

Key responsibilities
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports
- Track key sales metrics, including pipeline health, conversion rates, quota attainment, and revenue forecasts
- Partner with Sales leadership to develop territory planning, quota setting, and incentive compensation models
- Conduct adhoc analyses to support strategic initiatives and business reviews
- Track the attendance and productivity of the sales team in various markets
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge in Excel/Google
- Preferably female for gender balance
