Customer Service Representatives / Loan Collection Officers

Our clients, a reputable Firm XGO is currently recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position below:

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Collection agents and Customer Service Representative's primary duty is to communicate with customers, usually via telephone, to resolve delinquent accounts and collect payment on debts.

SALARY: 60,000 naira Basic Salary

Performance bonus based on KPI

Work on 2 Saturdays in a month

1 Sunday in a month

Note that this interview will be held for 3 days which is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday.
