    Mechanical Engineering Supervisor

    LOCATION: Mainland, Lagos State
     

    ROLE SUMMARY
    We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Mechanical Engineer Supervisor to support the day-to-day maintenance and operational efficiency of mechanical systems within our manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will supervise routine maintenance, oversee repairs, and ensure machine reliability in line with production requirements and regulatory standards.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Supervise mechanical technicians and coordinate maintenance schedules.
    • Monitor and maintain mechanical systems including HVAC, compressors, pumps, and conveyors.
    • Perform root cause analysis on mechanical faults and implement corrective actions.
    • Ensure preventive maintenance routines are executed and properly documented.
    • Support equipment upgrades, installations, and validation activities.
    • Maintain mechanical documentation, including logs, drawings, and SOPs.
    • Ensure mechanical systems comply with safety and GMP standards.

    KEY COMPETENCIES

    • Good understanding of industrial mechanical systems and equipment.
    • Hands-on experience with routine and emergency maintenance.
    • Ability to read technical drawings and mechanical schematics.
    • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
    • Basic knowledge of GMP, safety, and quality standards.
    • Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

    Mechanical Engineering Officer

    LOCATION: Mainland, Lagos State

    ROLE SUMMARY

    We are seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient Mechanical Engineer Officer to lead and manage critical mechanical systems across our pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving equipment reliability, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting engineering excellence through proactive maintenance, equipment qualification, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires strong leadership, deep technical expertise, and a commitment to GMP and operational integrity.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Lead the planning and execution of mechanical maintenance strategies for critical manufacturing equipment and utilities.
    • Oversee the installation, qualification, and lifecycle management of mechanical assets in accordance with cGMP, WHO, and NAFDAC standards.
    • Ensure mechanical equipment reliability to minimize downtime and support production efficiency.

    Electrical Engineering Officer

    We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Electrical Engineering Officer to manage and maintain electrical systems across our pharmaceutical manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance of all electrical infrastructure, contributing to the overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and continuous production efficiency.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Lead the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical systems, panels, and industrial automation equipment.
    • Supervise electrical installations, modifications, and commissioning of new machinery or system upgrades.
    • Troubleshoot complex electrical issues across production lines, utility systems, and building infrastructure to minimize downtime.
    • Ensure all electrical equipment complies with GMP, WHO, and NAFDAC standards.
    • Monitor electrical energy usage and propose strategies for efficiency improvement and cost reduction.
    • Provide technical mentorship to junior electrical staff and support their skill development.
    • Support the qualification and validation of electrical components in manufacturing and utility systems.
    • Maintain comprehensive electrical documentation including P&IDs, schematics, and logbooks for audit readiness.

    • Strong expertise in electrical power systems, control panels, automation, and industrial instrumentation.
    • Skilled in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, P&IDs, and technical documentation.
    • In-depth knowledge of PLCs, SCADA systems, variable speed drives (VSDs), and control logic.
    • Good communication, and technical reporting skills.
    • High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a commitment to safety and compliance.

    Electrical Engineering Supervisor

    • Hands-on experience with electrical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and safety protocols.
    • Basic understanding of regulatory compliance including GMP, WHO, and NAFDAC standards.
    • Familiarity with PLC systems, SCADA interfaces, and power distribution layouts is an advantage.
    • Strong documentation and reporting skills.
    • Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic, regulated technical environment.
