    Commercial Relationship Management Officer

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nigeria for a Commercial Relationship Management Officer.
    • The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with commercial clients, identifying their financial needs, and providing tailored banking solutions.
    • Key responsibilities include managing client portfolios, driving revenue growth, analyzing financial data, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
    • The officer will collaborate with internal teams to deliver innovative banking solutions and achieve business objectives.

    Qualifications

    • Strong relationship management and customer service skills
    • Proficiency in financial analysis, risk assessment, and banking operations
    • Experience in business development, sales, and strategic planning
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and handle multiple client portfolios
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields
    • Prior experience in a commercial banking environment is an advantage
