Training Specialist, Loan Collectors
- Job Type Full Time , Onsite
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND , OND
- Experience 1 - 3 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Banking
- Salary Range ₦150,000 - ₦200,000/month
- Responsible for the collection team training.
- Update the Training documents according to the training and business requirements
- Inspire employees' work enthusiasm and improve their learning outcomes (personal personality is more outgoing, able to chat)
Job requirements:
- More than 1 year of training experience in the same industry (Collection)is preferred;
- Understand and or can speak Chinese is an advantage
