Chief Financial Officer - CFO Africa at bioMérieux

Position details :  

• Support management in the financial implications of business activities to improve profitability, cash generation and return on the capital employed;
• Be an active & contributive business partner in building sustainable growth
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, provide financial forecasting, budgets, performance analysis, investment monitoring,
• Ensure tax, legal and financial compliance
• Ensure that effective internal controls are in place
• Evaluate and advise s on the impact of strategic planning, new projects/investments of acquisitions
• Lead corporate projects
• Organize the financial activities in the cluster leveraging SSC organization
• Develop and manage a team of direct and indirect reports of about 17 people across the Cluster

Who are you?

• Knowledge and skills: BA/BS in Finance, with 10+years of relevant experience in Finance and 3-5year of management experience
• Talents and qualities: ability to partner with and lead and influence multiple teams responsible for complex operations.
