Business Manager(Luxury Fashion Retail Store) at HR Aid

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily business operations of retail store
• Ensure excellent client experience in the sales process
• Establish effective working relationships with the clients/customers
• Ensure all clothing items produced and displayed for purchase meet the highest quality standards
• Order fashion products and replenish stock
• Responsible for the re-evaluation of existing Sales and Marketing framework
• Develop and implement long term goals to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
• Arrange for regular maintenance services for all equipment
• Ensure the retail store ambience consistently meets the standards set
• oversee all staff
• Maintain staff records, including salaries and working schedules

Job Requirements:

• Degree from any reputable university.
• 7-10 years’ experience as a Business Manager in a Luxury Retail Fashion Business or a similar role
• Flair and interest in fashion is a key requirement
• Good knowledge of Retail Fashion Business
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills

Pay: NGN 200,000 - 250,000
