    Finishing Supervisor

    Summary

    • The Finishing Supervisor reports to the Construction Manager and will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all finishing activities for a premium international hotel development from the Mock-Up Room (MUR) through the project fit-out phase.
    • The successful candidate will ensure that all finishing works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, design intent, international hospitality brand standards, project specifications, and quality requirements.
    • The role will oversee daily site operations, coordinate subcontractors and consultants, monitor workmanship, support project planning, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality finishing works while maintaining compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.

    Responsibilities

    • Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day execution of all finishing works, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
    • Lead the execution of the Mock-Up Room (MUR), ensuring all finishing trades deliver  work that meets approved quality benchmarks before full project rollout.
    • Coordinate and monitor the installation and sequencing of finishing works, including screeding, ceilings, tiling, joinery, painting, ironmongery, floor finishes, MEP second-fix works, and decorative installations.
    • Monitor site progress, workmanship, material usage, and contractor performance while identifying risks, delays, and quality concerns and implementing corrective actions.
    • Liaise with contractors, consultants, architects, interior designers, and project management teams to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless project execution.
    • Conduct routine quality inspections, prepare snag lists, monitor defect rectification, and ensure completed works comply with project specifications and international hospitality standards.
    • Support the development of finishing work programmes, installation schedules, and project sequencing to improve productivity and timely project delivery.
    • Coordinate finishing material approvals, mock-ups, samples, and inspections with consultants, designers, and project stakeholders.
    • Maintain accurate site records, daily progress reports, inspection reports, material logs, and project documentation.
    • Monitor compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements while promoting safe working practices across all finishing activities.
    • Support the identification, evaluation, and coordination of finishing subcontractors while monitoring their performance throughout project execution.
    • Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure efficient coordination and successful project delivery.

    Requirements

    • HND or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Building Technology, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Estate Management, or a related discipline.
    • Relevant professional certifications in HSE, PMP, Project Management, or Construction Management will be an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finishing supervision, site coordination, or interior fit-out projects, preferably within hospitality, commercial, or high-end residential developments.
    • Demonstrated experience supervising finishing trades, including tiling, ceilings, joinery, painting, MEP finishing, flooring, snagging, and quality inspections.
    • Strong understanding of finishing methodologies, construction sequencing, quality assurance, and design intent implementation.
    • Experience coordinating contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary project teams within active construction environments.
    • Strong knowledge of quality control procedures, defect management, inspection processes, and project documentation.
    • Excellent planning, organisational, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
    • High attention to detail with the ability to identify quality issues and ensure exceptional workmanship.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word, with experience using digital collaboration tools such as Monday.com, Notion, WhatsApp, Slack, or similar project management platforms.
    • Ability to prepare daily reports, site documentation, progress updates, and project records accurately and professionally.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment while managing multiple priorities and maintaining high quality standards.

    Project Systems and Controls Coordinator

    Job Summary

    • The Project Systems & Controls Coordinator reports to the Construction Project Manager and will be responsible for managing and continuously improving the digital systems, project controls, and reporting infrastructure that support the successful delivery of a premium hospitality development.
    • The successful candidate will ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of project information by overseeing project management platforms, reporting dashboards, document control systems, quality inspection records, and project tracking tools.
    • The role serves as the central coordination point between project execution and management reporting, enabling informed decision-making, proactive risk management, and efficient project governance while supporting seamless collaboration across internal teams, consultants, and contractors.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage and maintain all project management systems, databases, and digital collaboration platforms, ensuring project information remains accurate, current, and accessible.
    • Administer and continuously improve project tracking systems, including Monday.com, Notion, reporting dashboards, workflow automations, and project control tools.
    • Produce weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc project reports highlighting project progress, milestones, risks, outstanding actions, and performance metrics for management review.
    • Maintain programme compliance dashboards by monitoring planned versus actual project activities and highlighting schedule deviations.
    • Coordinate document control activities, including drawing registers, specification updates, shop drawing approvals, technical submissions, and revision management.
    • Monitor Requests for Information (RFIs), Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), inspection records, action trackers, and contractor deliverables to ensure timely resolution.
    • Support project financial controls by maintaining project cost trackers, procurement logs, commitment registers, and budget variance reports while coordinating with the finance team.
    • Coordinate project inspections, maintain quality assurance records, track defects, and ensure inspection approvals and close-out documentation are properly recorded.
    • Prepare agendas, coordinate meetings, distribute meeting minutes, and maintain action registers to ensure timely follow-up on project deliverables.
    • Monitor communication protocols between project stakeholders and maintain accurate records of project correspondence and approvals.
    • Identify opportunities to improve project systems, reporting processes, workflow automation, and data quality to enhance operational efficiency.
    • Build strong working relationships with project managers, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective project coordination and governance.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Estate Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
    • Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in project coordination, project controls, construction administration, or project management within the construction, real estate, engineering, or infrastructure sectors.
    • Demonstrated experience managing project reporting systems, document control processes, project schedules, and project performance tracking.
    • Advanced proficiency in Monday.com and Notion, including databases, dashboards, linked views, automations, workflows, and reporting tools.
    • Strong experience preparing structured reports, meeting documentation, dashboards, project trackers, and executive summaries.
    • Good understanding of project budgeting, procurement tracking, cost monitoring, and financial reporting support.
    • Experience coordinating RFIs, NCRs, inspections, quality documentation, contractor deliverables, and project governance processes.
    • Strong analytical, organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce clear, structured, and accurate documentation.

    Electrical Lead

    Job Summary

    • The Electrical Lead reports to the MEP Lead and will be responsible for providing technical leadership and overseeing the successful execution of all electrical works for a premium international hotel development.
    • The successful candidate will ensure that all electrical installations, testing, commissioning, and quality assurance activities comply with approved designs, international hospitality standards, applicable electrical codes, and project specifications.
    • The role will lead electrical site operations, coordinate contractors and consultants, manage quality assurance processes, and ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, building management, and other specialist systems to support timely project delivery.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead the planning, coordination, execution, and supervision of all electrical works, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
    • Provide technical oversight for low-voltage power distribution systems, lighting installations, lighting control systems, containment, earthing and bonding systems, lightning protection, and electrical interfaces with fire alarm, life safety, building management, and extra-low voltage systems.

    Requirements

    • COREN registration, NSE membership, or an equivalent recognised professional engineering qualification is required.
    • 8–10 years of progressive experience delivering electrical building services within hospitality, commercial, mixed-use, or high-end construction projects.
    • Demonstrated experience leading electrical site delivery, contractor coordination, quality assurance, testing, and commissioning activities on large-scale construction projects.
    • Strong technical knowledge of low-voltage electrical systems, power distribution, lighting systems, earthing, lightning protection, electrical containment, and building electrical infrastructure.
    • Hands-on experience conducting electrical testing, inspection, energisation, commissioning, and performance verification activities.
    • Sound knowledge of BS 7671, BS EN 62305, relevant IEC standards, and Nigerian electrical regulations and industry best practices.
    • Experience coordinating electrical interfaces with Fire Detection and Alarm Systems (FDAS), Fire Life Safety Systems (FLS), Building Management Systems (BMS), Extra-Low Voltage (ELV), generators, UPS, ATS, and power resilience systems.
    • Strong knowledge of electrical QA/QC processes, inspection procedures, contractor supervision, and project documentation.

    Camp Manager

    Job Summary

    • The Camp Manager reports to the Plant Manager and Head, Corporate Services.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management, administration, and continuous improvement of the site's accommodation facilities, ensuring the provision of safe, hygienic, comfortable, and efficient living conditions for all employees, contractors, and visitors.
    • The role oversees camp operations, including accommodation management, catering, housekeeping, laundry, facilities maintenance coordination, employee welfare, and third-party service providers.
    • Inherent in this role is ensuring compliance with the Company's Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) standards, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements while maintaining high service quality, optimizing operational resources, and working collaboratively with the Maintenance, Operations, HSE, and Corporate Services teams to support uninterrupted plant operations.

    Responsibilties

    • Oversee the day-to-day management of all camp operations, including accommodation, catering, housekeeping, laundry, waste management, and recreational facilities to ensure efficient service delivery.
    • Ensure all camp services comply with company policies, contractual obligations, statutory regulations, and industry best practices while maintaining high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety.
    • Manage room allocations, occupancy planning, employee check-in/check-out processes, and accommodation logistics to maximize space utilization and resident comfort.
    • Supervise and manage third-party contractors and service providers, including catering, housekeeping, security, laundry, and other outsourced vendors, ensuring compliance with agreed service levels and contractual requirements.
    • Coordinate the maintenance and upkeep of camp buildings, utilities, furniture, equipment, and recreational facilities by working closely with the Maintenance team to ensure a safe and functional environment.
    • Implement and enforce Health, Safety, Environment (HSE), occupational health, and emergency response procedures, ensuring full compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
    • Develop, monitor, and control camp operating budgets, inventories, and consumables while identifying opportunities to optimize costs without compromising service quality.
    • Address employee welfare concerns, complaints, and service requests promptly, fostering a safe, comfortable, and positive living environment for all camp residents.
    • Conduct regular inspections, audits, and performance evaluations of camp facilities, contractors, and service delivery to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
    • Prepare and submit periodic reports on camp operations, occupancy, maintenance activities, contractor performance, incidents, budgets, and other key operational metrics for management review.
    • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, contractors, regulatory authorities, and service providers to ensure seamless camp operations and high-quality service delivery.
    • Support business continuity and emergency response activities by ensuring camp facilities remain operational during emergencies and implementing corrective actions to minimize operational disruptions.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Facilities Management, Business Administration, Hotel Management, Estate Management, or a related discipline.
    • Master's degree or relevant professional certification will be an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 8–12 years of progressive experience in camp management, hospitality management, facilities management, or site services, with at least 4–5 years in a managerial role.
    • Experience managing camp operations within power plants, oil & gas, mining, construction, manufacturing, or other remote industrial environments.
    • Demonstrated experience managing outsourced service providers and multiple contractors.
    • Strong knowledge of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards, food safety regulations, and camp operational best practices.
    • Experience managing operational budgets, inventories, procurement processes, and service contracts.
    • Strong leadership, people management, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Excellent planning, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
    • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and camp or facilities management systems is an advantage.
    • Willingness to  work in a remote site environment and provide operational support outside normal working hours when required.
