    Business Development Officer

    Location: Lagos (Applicants must reside within Lekki / Ajah environs)

    About the Role

    We are a reputable facility management company seeking to engage a results-driven Business Development / Marketing Officer with proven experience in facility management and a strong capacity to market technology-driven solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by securing new business opportunities and promoting both our facility management services and proprietary digital platforms.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify, develop, and secure new facility management contracts across residential estates, commercial, and corporate environments
    • Strategically promote and drive adoption of the company’s facility management application and other technology solutions
    • Achieve and consistently exceed assigned sales and revenue targets
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term client and stakeholder relationships
    • Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and industry trends
    • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, technology, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in business development or marketing within the facility management or related industry
    • Demonstrated experience in marketing and selling technology products (e.g., mobile applications, SaaS platforms, or digital solutions)
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing and product positioning strategies
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
    • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
    • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
    • High level of professionalism, initiative, and self-motivation
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
