    Graduate Intern, Finance

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in voucher expense documentation and financial record keeping.
    • Support the preparation and maintenance of financial records and schedules.
    • Assist with reconciliations and ledger reviews.
    • Maintain proper filing of financial documents.

    Media & Communications Intern

    Role Overview

    • The Communications Intern will provide operational support to the Communications Unit, focusing on video production, editing, and visual content development amongst others. This role is suited for a highly creative, detail-oriented individual with foundational knowledge of communications and strong technical skills in content production tools.
    • The ideal candidate is proactive, takes ownership, and can independently execute assigned tasks to reduce team workload while maintaining high-quality standards. This is a competitive internship; only candidates with demonstrable communication skills and a portfolio will be considered.

    Key Responsibilities

    Video Production & Editing

    • Assist with editing short videos and reels for campaigns and events
    • Help organize and archive video and multimedia files

    In – State Consultant

    Role Overview 

    • As the state Consultant, you will lead advocacy, communication, and social mobilization efforts to strengthen Routine Immunization programs at state and community levels. You will collaborate with stakeholders, leverage established networks, and apply your expertise to drive measurable health outcomes. 

    Key Responsibilities 

    • Develop and implement ACSM strategies to enhance Routine Immunization uptake in assigned states. 
    • Engage with State Primary Health Care Boards (SPHCB) and State Ministries of Health (SMOH) to align initiatives with state health priorities. 
    • Design and execute community-level advocacy and mobilization campaigns to promote RI awareness and participation. 
    • Conduct stakeholder mapping and build partnerships to support program objectives.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Expertise: In-depth understanding of RI program implementation at state and community levels. 
    • Networks: Established relationships with State SPHCB and SMOH in (Kogi, Kwara, Zamfara, Benue, Ondo, Oyo, Ekiti, Lagos, Taraba, Gombe, Niger, Jigawa, Kaduna, Nassarawa, Plateau). 
    • Language: Fluency in English and Hausa (written and spoken). 
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. 
    • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and experience in data analysis for program improvement. 
    • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.

    Internal Auditor

    Job Summary

    • The Internal Auditor will safeguard the company’s financial and operational integrity byleading independent audits, risk assessments, and control evaluations.
    • This role will take over the Finance Associate\’s audit-related responsibilities, ensuring compliance, fraud prevention, and process efficiency while providing actionable insights to leadership.

    Key Responsibilities

    Audit Execution

    • Conduct risk-based internal audits (financial, operational, compliance) across all
      departments.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, fraud prevention measures, and
      adherence to policies (company, regulatory, tax).
    • Review Finance Associate\’s existing audit frameworks and enhance them (e.g., checklists,
      timelines, tools)

    • Identify financial/operational risks (e.g., cash leakages, vendor fraud) and recommend mitigation strategies.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Education: Bachelors in accounting, Finance, or related field; ICAN preferred
    • Experience: 3+ years in internal/external auditing, risk management, or forensic
      accounting.

    Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in audit software (TeamMate, ACL), ERP systems (QuickBooks,
      SAP), and Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP)
    • Knowledge of data analytics tools (Power BI for audits) is a plus.

    Soft Skills:

    • High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to challenge discrepancies
      diplomatically
    • Strong communication for cross-departmental collaboration.
