Graduate Intern, Finance at Ace Strategy & Consults

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in voucher expense documentation and financial record keeping.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of financial records and schedules.
• Assist with reconciliations and ledger reviews.
• Maintain proper filing of financial documents.
• Support statutory deductions where required.
• Assist in expense tracking and variance analysis.
• Provide support during audits by collating required documentation.
• Assist in updating reports and internal trackers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field (minimum of Second Class Upper or First Class).
• Must have completed NYSC.
• Minimum of 1 year relevant experience.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
