    Business Developer

    About the job

    • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Developer to join our growing tech team who will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating and closing deals, and ultimately driving revenue growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Market Research & Analysis:

    • Use data to develop insights and make informed business decisions.
    • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay on industry trends and best practise.

    Lead Generation & Networking:

    • Identify potential clients and build relationships through networking, cold calling, and attending events.
    • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Maintain regular contact with existing clients to identify new opportunities and ensure satisfaction.

    Sales & Negotiation:

    • Prepare and present business proposals and sales pitches to potential clients.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favourable terms for the company.
    • Close new business deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

    Collaboration & Reporting:

    • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to provide solutions to client needs.
    • Prepare regular reports on sales progress, market trends, and business development activities for senior management.

    Strategic Planning:

    • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and expand market presence.
    • Identify areas for improvement in existing business processes to enhance efficiency and profitability.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals in the tech space
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
    • Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for growth.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools is a plus.
