    Brand & Marketing Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a Brand and Marketing Manager to drive the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand visibility, increasing market penetration, and supporting revenue growth across all business verticals.
    • The role will oversee digital marketing, corporate communications, market intelligence, and promotional initiatives to deliver sustainable growth, profitability, and a consistent brand identity.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement integrated brand and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
    • Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, paid media, and social media strategy
    • Prepare and manage annual marketing plans, budgets, and performance reporting
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to generate actionable insights
    • Maintain consistent brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all channels
    • Oversee the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, website content, and publications
    • Lead, supervise, and develop the marketing team to deliver high performance
    • Drive promotional campaigns to support sales growth and market expansion
    • Manage key marketing projects such as events, rebranding initiatives, and product launches
    • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective marketing execution across the organisation

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
    • MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage
    • Professional marketing certifications (e.g., CIMN or equivalent) preferred
    • 3-5 years’ experience in brand and marketing management within a B2B environment
    • Agency experience is an added advantage
    • Proven ability to plan and execute integrated ATL and BTL campaigns
    • Strong digital marketing expertise, including SEO, paid media, and analytics.
