Wealth Creation Manager at Ultraviolet Microfinance Bank

The Successful Candidate will help clients grow their assets through investment products while also driving revenue for the Ultraviolet Microfinance Bank. 

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new clients, especially high-net-worth and emerging affluent individuals.
• Promote and sell wealth creation products such as fixed income instruments and structured products.
• Understand client goals and recommend suitable investment strategies to grow their wealth.
• Actively monitor client investments and suggest opportunities to maximize returns.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships to ensure client retention and referrals.
• Track financial markets, competitor offerings, and economic trends to identify opportunities.
• Ensure all transactions and advisory services adhere to regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
• Provide regular updates on portfolio performance and sales achievements.
