    Brand and Marketing Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and brand strategies to strengthen the hospital’s visibility, reputation, and patient engagement.
    • Design and implement plans that will increase patient footfall in the hospital.
    • Lead and oversee the hospital’s marketing and communications unit, including supervising a team of creatives such as designers, content creators, photographers, and digital media personnel.
    • Manage the hospital’s digital presence including social media platforms, website content, online advertising, and digital campaigns.
    • Plan and execute promotional initiatives, health campaigns, events, and community outreach programs.
    • Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and institutional materials.
    • Monitor marketing performance metrics and prepare strategic reports for management.
    • Collaborate with hospital leadership and clinical departments to promote services and support institutional growth.
    • Provide creative direction for marketing materials, storytelling, and patient-centered campaigns.

    Requirements:

    • Posess a Bachelor's degree or HND in related field
    • Have proven experience in marketing, branding, or communications, preferably within the healthcare or service industry.
    • Demonstrate strong knowledge of digital marketing, brand strategy, and customer engagement.
    • Possess excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
    • Have experience managing marketing projects and coordinating creative teams.
    • Be able to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional media.
    • Demonstrate the ability to think strategically while delivering measurable results.
