    Our Client - Kay’s Perfumery is a leading luxury fragrance brand, proudly Nigerian, dedicated to crafting elegant, hypoallergenic, and memorable perfumes, home fragrances, scented products, and experiences. They are seeking a customer-focused Sales & Operations Associate to serve as the face of our brand at our Flagship store in Abuja, ensuring every client enjoys a premium in-store experience that reflects our values of sophistication, quality, and warmth.

    Location: Wuse 2, Abuja (FCT)

    About the Role

    • We are hiring a Sales & Operations Associate to oversee the day-to-day running of our Wuse 2 flagship store.
    • This is a sales role that combines:
      • Sales leadership
      • Store operations management
      • Customer experience excellence
    • You will be responsible for ensuring the store runs smoothly, efficiently, and profitably, while delivering a premium, consistent brand experience across all customer touchpoints.
    • You will also supervise and support the Store Assistant, ensuring tasks are executed properly and standards are maintained at all times.

    Success in This Role Looks Like

    • Consistently meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets
    • Driving strong conversion from walk-ins, WhatsApp, ads, and social media enquiries
    • Maintaining tight operational control over inventory, reporting, and store processes
    • Ensuring the store environment is always clean, organised, and visually aligned with a luxury brand
    • Effectively managing and supporting the Store Assistant to perform at a high level
    • Ensuring accurate sales logging and inventory reconciliation at all times
    • Generating clear weekly and monthly reports on sales, stock, and customer trends
    • Creating a smooth, efficient customer journey from enquiry to purchase to follow-up
    • Proactively identifying and implementing improvements in store operations and sales processes.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead in-store sales and deliver a premium, personalised customer experience that reflects Kay’s Perfumery’s brand standards.
    • Drive revenue across all channels (walk-in, social media, website) through proactive selling, upselling, and consistent follow-up.
    • Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and a smooth customer journey.
    • Supervise and support the Store Assistant to ensure tasks are completed accurately and standards are maintained.
    • Manage inventory and stock control, ensuring alignment between physical stock and website/backend records.
    • Ensure accurate daily and weekly sales logging, order processing, and reporting.
    • Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing store environment aligned with luxury brand expectations.
    • Handle customer enquiries across WhatsApp and social platforms, driving engagement and conversions.
    • Capture and report customer feedback, sales trends, and insights to inform business decisions.
    • Identify and implement improvements in store performance, sales processes, and customer experience.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree
    • 2 - 3 years of experience in retail, sales, hospitality, or operations (luxury, beauty, or lifestyle preferred)
    • Strong sales ability with confidence in closing and upselling
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational and operational management skills
    • Ability to lead and supervise junior staff
    • High attention to detail and appreciation for luxury aesthetics
    • Familiarity with inventory systems and sales tracking tools
    • Ability to work independently and take initiative
    • A genuine interest in fragrance, beauty, or lifestyle products
    • Must be based in or around Wuse 2, Abuja.

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Monthly base salary of N150,000
