Role Description

• This full-time hybrid role, headquartered in Lagos, focuses on Branch Development for the CIPM. The Branch Development Professional will oversee the establishment and growth of branches while managing relationships with branch executives. Responsibilities include overseeing member engagement strategies, implementing branch administrative processes, and supporting membership recruitment and onboarding efforts. Occasional remote work will be accommodated as part of the hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills for evaluating data, assessing performance, and identifying opportunities for branch growth.
• Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
• Basic knowledge or experience in software development and programming is advantageous for digital process optimization.
• Familiarity with sales techniques and client relationship management in a professional or corporate setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
• Experience in member-driven or professional associations is a plus.
• Proven organizational and time-management skills with a collaborative mindset.
