Bakery Supervisor at La Belle Bakery

Requirements

• To receive and record bakery recipe/ ingredients;
• To issue recipe/ ingredients as required with records;
• To track ingredients issuance and request replacement as needed and without delay;
• Reconcile baked products with issued ingredients;
• To hand over baked products to the sales clerk in a duly signed register;
• Monitor and ensure high standard of hygiene including maintaining extant protocols and guidelines on virals and bacterial infections e.g covid 19 as issued by competent authorities;
• To ensure that all staff comply with company rules and regulations;
• To report and be accountable to the CEO
