    Admin / HR Assistant

    Our client, a leading company in the fashion industry, is recruiting to fill the position

    Overview

    • The Admin/HR Assistant supports day-to-day administrative tasks and assist in HR functions, ensuring smooth internal operations.
    • This role is vital to keeping records, coordinating staff matters, handling documentation, and supporting a positive workplace culture.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain and update employee records, files, and attendance.
    • Assist in recruitment processes such as posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new staff.
    • Assist in coordinating employee onboarding, including conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all new employees have the necessary information and resources.
    • Support preparation of offer letters, employment contracts, and HR documents.
    • Track staff attendance, punctuality, and leave records.
    • Coordinate internal communications and disseminate memos or notices.
    • Provide general administrative support to the company, including managing office supplies, coordinating meeting and travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.
    • Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
    • Support payroll preparation by providing attendance and HR data.
    • Act as liaison between staff and management for HR-related concerns.
    • Organize and maintain filing systems (physical and digital).
    • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of Operations or management.

    Requirements

    • OND / HND / B.Sc. in Business Admin, HR, or related field.
    • 1–2 years’ experience in admin or HR support roles (preferred but not mandatory).
    • Good written and verbal communication skills.
    • Basic knowledge of HR practices and Nigerian labor standards is a plus.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
    • Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and organized.
    • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.

    Salary
    N150,000 / Month (Gross).
