JOB SUMMARY

The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and strengthen customer engagement. The role involves market research, campaign management, and close collaboration with sales, product, and production teams to achieve business objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Master’s degree (MBA or MSc) is an advantage.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, polymer, or industrial sectors.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.

Skills/ REQUIREMENTS 

• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media management, and analytics.
• Project management and team leadership skills.
• Creativity and innovation in campaign planning and execution.
