Sales Executive at Princess Aurelia Consulting

Salary: ₦120,000 – ₦500,000 Monthly (Plus Commission)

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, closing property sales, and maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales leads
• Market and sell company properties to prospective clients
• Conduct property inspections and site visits
• Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into buyers
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Promote properties through social media and other marketing channels

Requirements

• Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc in any related field
• 1–3 years sales experience (Real estate experience is an added advantage)
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Good knowledge of Abuja or Enugu property market
