    Sales and Marketing Specialist

    • Proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably within a fashion, retail, or lifestyle brand.
    • Strong understanding of fashion market trends, consumer behavior, and brand positioning.
    • Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth through strategic marketing initiatives and direct sales efforts.
    • Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns (online and offline) that increase brand visibility and revenue.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, wholesalers, corporate clients, and partners.
    • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
    • Experience managing retail promotions, seasonal campaigns, product launches, and in-store activations.
    • Good understanding of digital marketing, social media sales funnels, and customer acquisition strategies.
    • Ability to analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and generate actionable reports.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced fashion environment.
