The Telemarketer will be responsible for contacting potential clients, generating leads, and promoting the company’s real estate properties over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients
• Present and promote company properties effectively
• Generate and qualify sales leads
• Schedule appointments for site inspections
• Maintain accurate records of calls and client information
• Follow up on interested prospects
• Meet daily and monthly call and lead targets

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE/OND qualification
• 0–2 years experience in telemarketing or sales (Real estate experience is an advantage)
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Confident, persuasive, and target-driven
• Good phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle rejection positively
