Job Description

• Ability to develop educational materials and lesson plans and successfully instruct students in theories, methods, and tasks based on established curricula;
• Establishing and enforcing rules of behavior for students in the classroom;
• Proficient active listening skills to understand and adapt to students’ various learning needs;
• Ability to effectively communicate with others and clearly express complex ideas;
• Knowledge of appropriate learning psychology, styles, and strategies;
• Creating, assigning, and grading various assessments for students, including tests, quizzes, essays, and projects;
• Strong public speaking and oral presentation skills;
• Excellent organization and time management skills;
• Leadership skills and patience while working with students of all ages.
• Maintaining positive relationships with students, parents, co-workers, heads of departments, and management;
• Creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment;
• Encouraging students to explore learning opportunities and career paths;
• Helping students improve study methods and habits; and
• Conducting examinations in accordance with examination guidelines and rules of the college.

Requirements
