Requirements - Minimum education level –First degree in any discipline from a reputable academic institution.Professional membership of a HR body (CIPM, SHRM, CIPD) will be an added advantage. A minimum of five (5) years HR Generalist experience in Manufacturing/Oil & Gas/Mining.
