Job Summary:

We are currently looking for a strategic and process-minded COO with experience especially in the development of a performance culture among a group of diverse, talented individuals. The COO must be a leader who is able to help others at delivering measurable, cost-effective results that make the vision a reality.
The successful candidate must be able to preserve the creative spark within the team while ensuring more effectiveness and efficiency.

Requirement:

• Mininum of 5 years NGO experience with at least 2 years in a leadership position
• Possession of a Bachelor's degree
• MBA/Msc
• Must demonstrate thorough understanding of key business functions and systems including forecasting & budgeting.
• Must be a leader and can inspire his team.
• Excellent written & verbal communication.
• High level of integrity and a good sense of judgement.
