Job Description

• To counsel and guide students on academics, provide moral guidance and ensure students’ emotional wellbeing for a rewarding stay at the College.

Skill/Competency Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Guidance and Counselling or other relevant discipline.
• Must demonstrate excellent communication skills, be approachable and passionate.
• Must be knowledgeable on the Child Protection Act and other legislation related to the protection of the girl child.
• Candidate must also demonstrate teaching competence in Sociology/Psychology.
