Call for Expression of Interest (EOI) and Invitation for Submission of Quotations at Sustainable Family Healthcare Foundation (SFHF)

The Sustainable Health Foundation (SFHF) a registered Nigerian  non-governmental organization working on Disability Inclusive Disaster Reduction Project  in  Kogi state North Central Nigeria, with funding support from CBM International, hereby invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) and quotations from qualified vendors for the execution of the under-listed service.

Scope of Work

Rehabilitation of four (4) solar-motorized boreholes located in

• Lokoja LGA   (a) Kabawa Community
• Ajaokuta LGA   (a) Old Poly Quarters (b) Gadumo Community (c) Ganaja Village

Submission of Bids

All quotations should be submitted by email to the official SFHF address: sfhfprocurementandlogistics@gmail.com

Attention: The Procurement Committee

• Quotations must be duly signed, printed on company letterhead, and display the organization’s logo.
• Unsigned or improperly branded quotations may be disqualified.
• Organizational profile.

Instructions to Bidders

• The deadline for submission of quotations is Friday, 22nd May 2026, on or before 5:00 PM GMT.
• Bidders must strictly comply with all instructions stated in the bidding documents. Requests for clarification should be sent via email no later than 19th  May 2026. Email: ihunanya88@gmail.com
• Evidence of business registration with a verifiable business address and valid bank account.
• Evidence of tax payment / current Tax Clearance Certificates for 2023, 2024, and 2025.
• Company Tax Identification Number (TIN).
• Evidence of past borehole construction or rehabilitation projects.
• SFHF shall not be responsible for any costs incurred during bid preparation.
• A 5% Withholding Tax (WHT) will be deducted as required by law.
