    We are looking for a senior, commercially astute, relationship-driven and highly credible senior professional to join our the Investment Banking division as Lead, Institutional Investor Relations & Capital Partnerships. This is a strategic, front-facing role responsible for identifying, engaging, securing and maintaining long-term relationships with institutional funding partners to support the firm’s advisory and proprietary investment transactions. The successful candidate will build and manage institutional relationships with global and regional capital providers including development finance institutions and multilaterals, export credit and risk-sharing platforms, private credit funds, global and regional banks, private credit funds, alternative asset managers, infrastructure and real asset managers, pension funds, insurance companies, sovereign wealth funds, endowments and other long-term allocators.

    Marketing Strategy & Brand Positioning

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy aligned with the firm’s growth objectives.
    • Define the firm’s brand positioning across Wealth Management and Investment Banking.
    • Create structured annual marketing and media plans with measurable objectives.
    • Identify target client segments and develop tailored messaging frameworks.
    • Ensure consistent brand voice and positioning across all communication channels.

    Public Relations & Media Management

    • Build and maintain relationships with key journalists, editors and media platforms.
    • Proactively secure favourable mentions, features and interviews.
    • Draft and distribute press releases and official corporate communications.
    • Manage crisis communication where necessary.
    • Arrange and coordinate interviews and media appearances for senior leadership, including the Managing Partner.
    • Prepare briefing materials and talking points for outward-facing engagements.

    Social Media & Digital Presence

    • Develop and execute a structured social media strategy to increase visibility and engagement.
    • Manage and maintain the firm’s LinkedIn, Instagram, X and other relevant platforms.
    • Create and curate high-quality content to position the firm as a market leader.
    • Monitor analytics and adjust strategy based on performance data.
    • Ensure consistent posting cadence and audience growth.

    Content Creation & Asset Development

    • Oversee creation of digital, video and graphic content to promote the firm.
    • Collaborate with external designers, videographers and content creators where required.
    • Develop thought leadership materials including articles, newsletters and commentary.
    • Support production of client-facing publications and research materials.
    • Ensure high production quality and brand consistency across all materials.

    Internal Collaboration & Market Propagation

    • Work closely with Wealth Management, Investment Banking, Business Development and Leadership teams to identify stories and opportunities for external positioning.
    • Support the propagation of the firm’s achievements, transactions and milestones.
    • Develop campaigns to position the firm within priority client markets.
    • Enhance the firm’s visibility across London, Lagos, Chicago, Abuja and Duba.

    We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial senior Investment Advisor to join our Wealth Management division.     • Leading investment strategy and portfolio construction.
    • Develop and oversee the firm’s investment philosophy, asset allocation, and portfolio construction frameworks.
    • Oversee all investment strategies, ensuring an optimal portfolio of offerings, periodic product diligence, and continuous performance tracking
    • Advise clients on investment opportunities across asset classes (public markets, private equity, alternatives, real assets, fixed income, and cash management).
    • Monitor global markets, identify opportunities, and make timely recommendations aligned with client objectives.
    • Build and oversee robust risk management processes.
    • Build and develop the firm’s investment platform, securing relationships with external platform providers and working with the Client Advisors.
