Job Description

• The Branch Manager is in charge of developing business relationships and providing insurance solutions via company products and services.
• The main goal is to generate more revenue for the company. He/ She will manage client accounts and generate new sales ideas.
• This includes innovative sales strategies/sector penetration, grow the share of Brokers and Clients wallet, develop winning proposals and business plans.
• Analyze industry trend and adjust to maximize growth potentials, Liaise with the technical team for prompt turnaround time and provide feedback as obtained on the field.
