RESPONSIBILITIES
The Head of Human Resource and Administration originates and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment. quality, productivity standards, goal attainment, recruitment and continuous develOpment of a superior workforce. This role will also be responsible for me smooth running of the office, procurement of administration items and ensure general maintenance of all the facilities.
