    Senior Internal Audit Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Participate in the identification and evaluation of business risks associated with strategic and operational objectives of the organisation.
    • Evaluate the adequacy of process design and the effectiveness of controls in meeting business and control objectives
    • Execute developed test plans for each engagement to achieve set audit objectives and address risk exposures within the organisation.
    • Ensure proper documentation of audit work papers, findings and recommendations in accordance with the methodology
    • Assisting with engagement administration including preparation of project plans, budgets and minutes of meetings
    • To participate and prepare reports in the periodic and annual stock count exercise and crude fiscalization exercise and ensure that the activities are carried out in line with the company's procedures
    • Provide on the job training to internal audit officers on assigned tasks
    • Performs review of work done by internal audit officers
    • Participate in the execution of audits and ensure efficient and effective execution of annual audit plan
    • Ensure delivery of assigned audit tasks in a timely manner
    • Ensure compliance with audit methodology and provide input to the development of audit work programs
    • Perform procedures to assess compliance with the laid down policies, processes and procedures
    • Review systems and procedures across all business areas and recommend improvements to existing processes and procedures, where appropriate
    • Participate in investigations of control breaches, as may be necessary from time to time
    • Perform other activities as assigned by Superiors

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
    • Minimum of Five (5) years of experience as a Senior Internal Auditor in a structured business environment.
    • Relevant professional qualifications from recognised professional bodies such as ICAN, ACCA/ACA.
    • Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations.
    • Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheets.

    Executive Assistant

    Role Overview

    • The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative, strategic, and operational support to the Managing Director. Managing priorities, protecting MD’s time, and ensuring smooth execution across the business. This role requires discretion, speed, and strong judgment.

    Key Responsibilities
    Executive Support & Calendar Management:

    • Manage MD’s calendar, meetings, and travel with zero conflicts
    • Prioritize requests, filter noise, and prep briefing notes for all meetings
    • Handle confidential correspondence and stakeholder communication

    Strategic Partnership & Projects:

    • Track strategic initiatives and follow up with departments to drive execution
    • Coordinate partnerships, vendor meetings, and external stakeholder engagements

    Internal Audit Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Ensure and monitor store compliance to Company policies, procedures and systems
    • Report variance and ensure proper follow up
    • Monitor the implementation of internal audit recommendations to ensure the satisfactory resolution of identified significant issues
    • Conduct OSC – Operations Standard Compliance on stores to ensure compliance to store standards
    • Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings.
    • Ensure follow up on gaps identified and communicate to Line Manager
    • Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations.

    • Review and report on the accuracy, timeliness and relevance of the financial and other information provided to management for decision making
    • Monitor the implementation of internal audit recommendations to ensure the satisfactory resolution of identified significant issues
    • Report on stores compliance to standards
    • Develop and maintain the company’s Quality Management system, ensuring full compliance with its guidelines and a consolidated uniform approach across the company
    • Assist management in the identification of business improvement opportunities in line with the recommendations of the Quality Policy and provide required assistance in managing projects which are spin-offs of such exercises
