    Assistant Company Secretary

     

    Key Responsibilities

    •     Provision of a broad range of Corporate Professional Services to clients
    •     Preparation of documents for filing with the SEC, CAC and other statutory authorities
    •     Preparation of Board/Committee books, including preparing board minutes
    •     Resolutions and consents, and other corporate governance matters
    •     Handling of corporate immigration and customs related services to clients
    •     Provision of other services as may be required from time to time by clients

    Qualification, Experience and Attributes

    •     Good first degree in Law from a reputable University
    •     A higher degree such as LLM or ACIS will be an added advantage
    •     Flair for Corporate and Commercial Law is desirable
    •     Minimum of 5 years experience in a reputable Organisation/Firm
    •     Good communications and interpersonal skills
    •     Good knowledge of MS word and excel application

    Assistant Tax Manager

     

    Key Responsibilities

    •     Plan tax engagements
    •     Demonstrate proper understanding of corporate tax, personal income tax, value added tax, withholding tax, taxation of non residents, etc.
    •     Management of tax audit/ investigation exercise
    •     Good managerial skill
    •     Provide necessary support as may be required to superiors

    Qualification, Experience and Attributes

    •     Good first degree from a reputable university
    •     ACA/ACCA is a must
    •     ACTI is an added advantage
    •     7 years experience in a reputable Auditing/Tax Consultancy Firm.
    •     Good understanding of IFRS and IAS
    •     Passion for excellence
    •     Good knowledge of excel and MS word application
    •     Excellent written and oral communication skills

    Senior IT Help Desk Officer

     

    Key Responsibilities

    •     Provide Second Level support for all BDO business applications and network infrastructure.
    •     Supervise and train first level helpdesk team
    •     Develop and update documentations for IS Policies, Business Continuity Plan, and other documentations as required by the business.
    •     Implement and enforce adherence to the IS Policies and procedures.
    •     Oversees the administration of all servers and end-user workstations on a primarily Microsoft Windows-based network.
    •     Liaise with the BDO Global IT Team on some joint projects.
    •     Manage 3rd party IT related service contracts.
    •     Provided IT advisory to other business units and clients.

    Qualification, Experience and Attributes

    •     A first degree in Computer Science, Information technology or related discipline from a reputable institution.
    •     A Masters degree is desirable
    •     Broad knowledge of current IT development and integration technologies and best practice.
    •     Good interpersonal and communication skills
    •     Server administration and networking experience.
    •     At least 4 years working experience providing helpdesk services
    •     Relevant Microsoft and other professional qualification would be an added advantage

    Tax Consultants

     

    Key Responsibilities
