Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role based in Benin City for Facility Assistants and Security personnel (Shift-Based or Live-In Duo).
• The role encompasses maintaining the clinic's facilities, ensuring cleanliness and operational efficiency, and providing a high level of customer service.
• Responsibilities include overseeing facility operations, performing janitorial tasks, supporting staff, and coordinating with visitors to enhance the clinic’s environment and security.
• Candidates may also work on a shift-based schedule or as a live-in duo, depending on the arrangement.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Facility Management (FM), Facilities Operations, and Janitorial Services
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with patients, staff, and visitors
• Driving: A valid Nigerian Driver’s License and be a competent driver(preferred).
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to maintaining a clean and functional environment
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and maintain professionalism at all times
• Experience in a healthcare or similar environment is an advantage
• Occasional Driving: Handling errands or bank runs as needed (driving duties are rare but might be required).
• Flexibility to work in shift-based rotations or as part of a live-in arrangement
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
