Hotel Manager at Sterling Pride Limited

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, and profitability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of all hotel departments to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate departmental heads and staff to achieve operational goals.
• Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction by promptly addressing complaints and improving service quality.
• Monitor budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth while maintaining operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations and implement policies that promote continuous improvement.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Hotel Manager, preferably in a reputable hotel.
• Strong leadership, financial management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in hotel management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office is an added advantage.
