Our Offer 

• Salary: ₦450,000 – ₦600,000/month + performance bonuses
• Work-from-home freedom - no commute, no dress code
• Flexible hours - core hours 10 am-6 pm WAT, but we value output over clock-watching
• 13th month bonus + annual salary review

What You’ll Do  

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate across time zones  
• Handle inbox management, draft emails, and keep communications flowing  
• Organize virtual files, prep reports, and support project tracking  
• Book travel, manage expenses, and handle light research tasks  
• Be the go-to person who keeps our execs sane and our operations smooth  

You’re Our Person If You:  

• Have 2+ years of experience as a VA, EA, or Admin Assistant  
• Are ridiculously organized and love creating systems from chaos  
• Communicate like a pro - written and spoken English must be excellent  
• Tech-savvy with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Zoom, and project tools  
• Can handle confidential info with discretion  
• Have reliable power/internet and a quiet workspace  
• Bonus: Experience in media, entertainment, or startup environments
