Warehouse Outbound Supervisor at Goonite Hygiene

Location: Ibeju-Lekki, Free Trade Zone, Lagos.

Job Summary

The Warehouse Outbound Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all outbound warehouse operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient order fulfillment and dispatch of goods. The role involves supervising staff, coordinating shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards. Key Responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all warehouse operations and daily outbound activities, including receiving, storage, picking, loading, and dispatch
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment in line with SLA
• Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure smooth dispatch and delivery
• Monitor order accuracy and resolve discrepancies or delays
• Lead and manage outbound staff, including task allocation and performance monitoring
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures and proper documentation
• Track dispatched orders and manage exceptions such as returns or failed deliveries
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on outbound performance and backlog
• Optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs
• Ensure proper documentation of all outgoing goods

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field 
• 2-3 years’ experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1years in a supervisory role 
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control 
• Good leadership and team management skills 
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities 
• Good knowledge of inventory and fulfillment processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and warehouse systems
• Candidates\' must be residents of Ibeju-Lekki or its immediate surroundings.
