Job Summary
Human Resource Officer is responsible for supporting the development and execution of HR strategies, policies, and processes that align with organizational goals. The role focuses on recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and driving a high-performance and performance driven culture.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding)
- Partner with unit heads to understand staffing needs
- Maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles
- Ensure timely and quality hiring aligned with organizational needs
Employee Relations
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns and grievances
- Promote a positive and inclusive work enviro
- Mediate conflicts and support resolution processes
- Ensure employee engagement initiatives are implemented
Performance Management
- Support implementation of performance management systems
- Track employee performance and ensure timely appraisals
- Work with leads to address performance gaps
- Drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Prepare HR reports (headcount, turnover, performance metrics)
- Ensure smooth onboarding and exit processes
- Manage employee documentation and contracts
- Manage Administrative tasks
Compliance & Policy Management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements
- Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures
- Support internal audits and compliance checks
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information
Culture & Organizational Development
- Drive company values and desired behaviors (leadership, integrity, growth)
- Support organizational change initiatives
- Promote a strong performance and efficiency mindset
- Align HR practices with strategic goals

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years of HR experience (preferably in healthcare or retail)
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
