    INEC outlined detailed requirements based on position and source institution:

    • Heads of institutions hosting RAC/Super RAC or suitable staff on Grade Level 07 and above

    General Requirements

    • Applicants must not be members of any political party
    • Applicants must not have shown support for any political party or candidate
    • Applicants must reside in Ekiti State (except RATECHs who are INEC staff)
