Responsibilities

• Acknowledge escalated incidents and Provide support for all NES issues within agreed SLA
• Ensuring ATP on all NES delivered projects are carried out by contractor
• Work with MS Vendor to promptly resolve customer issues
• Ensure incidents are properly logged and follow up till resolution and ticket is closed
• Performing upgrades, tests, diagnostics, raise and correct snags if discovered
• Complete On-site diagnostics and Service calls
• Implement full proactive monitoring across all platforms using NETBOSS
• Escalate all faults beyond agreed resolution timelines

Requirement

• B.SC Electrical/electronic or Computer Science
• Minimum of 2-3 years post NYSC
• Experience in transmission
• Experience in datacoms and networkin
• Proficiency in Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint, Power BI etc
• Experience in customer engagement & management

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To take care of Operation of the following Equipment’s: -Gas Generator (5.25X2 Mw  ) ., Black Start Engine 1500 kva (Diesel Engine), HSD and Petrol tanks, PNG & CNG Station.
• , Pump station & Dispensing unit of Petrol & Diesel, Charge Air filtration unit, Radiators, Exhaust system, Ventilation unit, Lube oil system of Gas genets, Demineralized Water Treatment Plant for Power Plant, Makeup water tanks of Hot water line, HT& LT line 
• To Coordinate with inter & intra dept. for power Supply
• Ensure uninterrupted power to all the plant equipment’s.
• To make modifications and techniques for solving chronic problems and to save the cost of power unit and Gas engine maintenance.
• To arrange all the critical/ non critical spares to minimize the breakdown time of Gas engine. 
• Maintain spares by making indents, issue slips, RGP’s etc.
•  Maintain all the records like Log book, breakdown record, History card.
• To maintain all the fuel stock like Petrol, Diesel, Natural Gas day to day basis
•  Monitoring all the parameter for keeping them under prescribed limits.
• To Ensure Uninterrupted Power supply of Gas Gensets for all the equipment’s.  

REQUIREMENTS 
Diploma (City and Guilds) or HND/BSC in Diploma/ BE in Mechanical Engineering 
8-12-year experience on minimum 5 MW Gas Engine

• To take care of the Operation of Gas Gensets 2*5.25 Mw and its auxiliaries: -Gas Gensets Engine (5.25 Mw), HSD, Petrol tanks, PNG & CNG Station, Charge Air filtration unit, Radiators, Exhaust system, Ventilation unit, Lube oil system of Gas genets, Black Start Engine 1500 kva (Diesel Engine), Demineralized Water Treatment Plant, Makeup water tanks of Hot water line, HT& LT line 
• To Coordinate with inter & intra dept. for power Supply.
• Maintain all the records like Log book, breakdown record, History card.
• To maintain all the fuel stock like Petrol, Diesel, Natural Gas day to day base
• Monitoring all the parameter of Gas engine & diesel engine and keeping them under limits.
• To maintain daily checklists and log books of all the concerned machines on daily basis.
• Use PPE on job.

REQUIREMENTS 

• Diploma (City and Guilds) or HND/BSC in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
• Minimum 7-year experience in operating 5 mw Gas Gensets
• Knowledge of Scade system is must Compulsory

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To take care of Maintenance of Electrical of Power houses & Utilities equipment’s like:-HT and LT System, Synchronization at LT and HT, Battery and Battery charger of 110volt, DG SCADA System, DOL/Star Delta Starters for Motors, Soft starters/ Drives, Transformers at 11KV level, Panels: - TTA/PTA with electronic relays and Compact Bus ducts, Electrical sections for Cranes / Fork Lift etc.
• To maintain proper Earthing in power house & utilities.
• To ensure uninterrupted power to all the electrical equipment’s for smooth functioning of electrical machinery.
• To attend the preventive maintenance of all the electrical equipment’s as per schedule / shutdown available and maintain the respective records.
• To attend day to day electrical complaints of inter/intra deptt, under the supervision of shift in charge to resolve the problems and record in log book.
• Maintain housekeeping and work safely by using required PPE’s

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma (City and Guilds) or HND/BSC in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
