    Estate Manager

    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the estate to ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment.
    • Manage property maintenance and facility management activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance.
    • Prepare and manage annual and periodic estate budgets, ensuring efficient and cost-effective use of resources.
    • Plan, coordinate, and supervise maintenance, repairs, and renovation projects to ensure timely and quality delivery.
    • Conduct routine inspections of buildings, infrastructure, and common areas to identify and resolve issues promptly.
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of estate staff such as maintenance personnel, cleaners, and security teams.
    • Develop and implement best practices and standard operating procedures for daily estate operations.
    • Source, hire, and manage contractors and service providers on behalf of the property owner.
    • Negotiate contracts and monitor vendor performance to ensure service quality and value for money.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and occupants, addressing concerns and service requests promptly.
    • Ensure compliance with estate policies, safety regulations, and operational standards.
    • Provide periodic operational and financial reports to management/property owner.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management, Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in estate, property, or facility management.
    • Proven experience in supervising staff and managing maintenance projects.
    • Strong budgeting and financial management skills.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Good negotiation and contractor/vendor management abilities.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic property management tools.
    • Knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory compliance standards.
    • High level of professionalism, integrity, and organizational ability.
